In the wake of recently and tragically losing her fiancé today a part of my cousin has died. I can
only image how difficult it was and vulnerable she had felt during the services for her other half, and how badly she wanted a shield and barrier to buffer that vulnerability. The swarms and outpouring of love by so many is appreciated but can also become so overwhelming. Imagine the equivalent of celebrating a wedding, or hosting a costume parade in the home, but this time your fragile and bruised heart has just been ripped apart. And there it hangs, beating in the chest, for all to see, and touch, and feel. These are delicate times. We are delicate souls.
May you rest in eternal peace Manny.
